You can set up interactive campaigns easily, and it delivers all elements for a crossmedia present campaign out of the box (web, mobile, social). The incoming assets will be stored in the celum DAM and are ready for reuse.

Often celum is used for managing videos. But for streaming, a separate server must be in place. We offer an interface to vimeo which can be used to upload videos straight from celum and to stream vimeo videos directly out of celum.

Hints

Customers have to setup a Vimeo Plus account with API Upload access. It's possible to add vimeo groups and map celum fodlers to vimeo groups. For uploads from celum we recommend setting up a vimeo Preset.

Storing of not (yet) digitized assets (books, audio and video cassettes, historical documents, etc.). These are described in a separate entry screen and filed in celum as archival data sheet (PDF), so that the physical assets are found like digital assets.

Entry screen and PDF generation (with PDFlib) are running on a separate server. Upon request this service may be provided by us as ASP.

Well-designed keyword structures are the prerequisite for an efficient search and find. Often some assignments will be declared as mandatory. For quality assurance, we have written a database query that produces a list of incomplete keyword assignments.

On request, we integrate this feature into the admin menu (optoinally by reducing the output when logged in as editors to assets upload themselves).

On selected user groups, administrators may define folders for which a mandatory subscription is set so that for example daily e-mail notifications are shipped when uploading new assets.
