As a Technical Writer, you…

  • create, maintain and deliver customer-facing technical documentation (Installation, Update and Configuration Guides, etc.) and Release Notes for our software products in English
  • support existing staff with creating, maintaining and further developing the online help and onboarding for end-users of our software products in English and German
  • proofread technical and/or end-user documentation
  • support existing staff with terminology management and translation management to make our software products and online help available in different languages
  • test and stay up-to-date on installation processes, configuration changes and new features during the course of creating the documentation
  • work closely and coordinate with members of product management, software development, technical support and marketing to get the information you need
  • have the feeling that your English is the cream of the crop, you know we mean the yellow of the egg.
