SALES COUNTRY MANAGER ÖSTERREICH/SCHWEIZ (m/w)

Location: im Süden von Linz , 5. Bezirk Wien oder Homeoffice in der Schweiz

HOW WE DO IT:

Over the last years, CELUM has created its own full reactive technology stack in software engineering. So we work only with the good stuff in every department, of course in the sales department as well. Do not be afraid if that is new to you: we believe in continuous learning and evolution so there are seasoned CELUMians who will help you get up to speed. 

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM:

  • You are shaping the growth of CELUM and are responsible for the core markets of Austria and Switzerland
  • Above all, you are enthusiastic about new customers in the enterprise market with the CELUM solutions and sell them
  • So you are responsible for the area of business development and the development and expansion of the sales pipeline
  • You build relationships with key accounts and partners in your area
  • You work closely with Global Marketing for campaigns and events
  • You present our software solution portfolio to interested target companies
  • You create accurate forecasts and sales reports for your markets (AT & CH)

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING ALONG:

  • Humour (no honestly we mean that dead serious)
  • University degree in business administration, IT or marketing
  • at least 3 years software sales experience in the German-speaking B2B sector
  • Very good networking in the target region (best case: in the software business)
  • Knowledge of the DAM / Collaboration segment and experience in addressing CMO, CDO or CTO / CIO
  • You are a hunter and want to make a difference
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written), German and English are a must
