We are looking for a sales expert to join our team as soon as possible and have a say in CELUM’s growth, especially in Germany, Switzerland and Europe. As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be solely responsible for your own sales region. The focus is, of course, on new business but key tasks also include partner management and expanding the existing customer base within the region. We are open to applications for all strong economic regions of Europe.


  • Selling CELUM solutions on the enterprise market, especially to new customers
  • Generating new opportunities and tapping into exclusive market segments
  • Establishing and developing relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Close cooperation with global marketing on campaigns and events
  • Identifying, researching and developing future business (business development)
  • Setting up and developing a sales pipeline for the relevant enterprise market
  • Developing a profound understanding of the special requirements of the enterprise segment
  • Close cooperation with the global sales unit to guarantee proper customer management
  • Providing accurate forecasts and sales reports


  • 3-7 years of experience in software sales in the German-speaking market
  • Very good networks in the target region, and ideally industry experience
  • Completed degree in business administration, IT or marketing. Further qualifications not necessary but would be advantageous
  • Verifiable professional experience in partner, sales and/or channel management in a B2B IT company
  • Knowledge of the DAM segment and experience in addressing SMOs and CIOs would be a significant plus
  • Strong negotiation skills are essential, project management experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in German and English are a must
