Nina Mack, Head of B2C Brand Communications at Magenta Telekom, talks about a profound change for her team. A change that was necessary to meet the challenges of modern marketing communications, characterised by a sharp increase in the number of advertising activities and an increasingly complex communications landscape.
A key step was the implementation of the CELUM Creative Content Collaboration solution, which enables transparent and agile collaboration within the team and with external partners.
In this session, Mack explains how this implementation took place and how the following results have already been achieved, among others:
- Following the introduction of the CELUM Creative Content Collaboration solution, 141 people are now working together in 407 ‘workrooms’ and have stored a total of 15,000 files.
- Transparency in collaboration has improved significantly and team members are no longer excluded by isolated communication.
- Employee satisfaction has increased significantly, particularly with regard to the use of technology and digital tools.
