RELIABLE AND COMPLETE TRANSFER
Every change to a CELUM asset is transferred to the SAP Commerce Cloud in real time, including all information on attributes, moves, deletions, and new assets. This ensures seamless updates and prevents changes from being missed.
AUTOMATION AND EFFICIENCY
The metadata in CELUM determines which product attribute is linked to an asset, simplifying the mapping process. In addition, updates can be managed automatically or manually in the SAP Commerce Cloud, saving time and streamlining marketing activities.

Thanks to the integrated rights management, only authorised assets are displayed for manual assignment. At the same time, it ensures that assets are available either as a copy, reference or via a content delivery network to avoid duplicates.

- Real-time synchronisation of all multilingual metadata: All input and reference fields are transferred, with the ability to configure which derivatives are synchronised.
- Asset version updates: If a new version is added to an asset, it is immediately transferred to the SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Deletion: If the asset is removed from CELUM, or if the product assignments are removed from an asset, the asset is removed from SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Configurations: Each asset type can contain a list that contains further definitions to further populate media fields. An image or document can receive the list of image or document types, e.g. product photo, detail photo, gallery image, product sheet, installation instructions or price list. This definition can be used to add an asset to a specific media field.
- Ability to configure which CELUM events should be reacted to, e.g. change of metadata, addition of a new asset version or change of a node reference.​
- Assignments: Each asset can be linked to any number of products or categories.
