Set up and costs
Certification Requirements:
At least two (2) employees per partner company must successfully complete the training.
(Exception: only after prior clarification for partners with very low number of employees).
Validity:
The different CELUM Official Partner certificates are valid for a defined period of time. Re-certification trainings are required and offered by CELUM on a regular basis.
Set Up:
The certification consists of a 2-day training, which takes place in Vienna, and a final presentation.
You can attend both onsite and online.
Cost:
The cost of the 2-day session incl. certification is € 499,- per person (plus VAT) and includes training, materials, catering, and certification.
The advantages of participating in person:
- Ask CELUM trainers your questions during breaks.
- Chat with all CELUM representatives during breaks and the joint dinner.Â
- Networking with other CELUM partners.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by the Partner:
The Partner may cancel a bindingly booked participant seat for a training/certification up to fourteen (14) calendar days before the start of the respective event. In case of no-show or cancellation from fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the start of the training without naming a substitute participant, CELUM will charge 50 percent of the training fee. In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of the event, the full participation fee will be due.
Substitute Participants:
The participant/partner can name substitute participants if they are unable to attend.
Cancellation and rebooking of training courses by CELUM:
CELUM may cancel or rebook a course/training at its own discretion. In the event of such cancellation, CELUM will make all commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice of the cancellation fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the start of the course. In this case, CELUM will not be liable for any travel or hotel accommodation costs incurred by the Partner.

Deep-Dive Technical Course
Training for the “real techies.” In this course, taking place in parallel to the consulting intensive training, we will explore the infinite worlds of config, migration, etc.
Product Expertise
Here everything revolves around the CELUM product world. The product trainings cover CELUM Work and Content. You will learn everything about the CELUM REST API and we will introduce you to the external product roadmap. You will also have a deep dive into the new CELUM media portals.
CELUM Official Partner Certifications presentation
In 20 minute group presentations/pitches based on a sample customer use case, you demonstrate your CELUM knowledge and receive the CELUM Official Partner certificates.
