*The EU Regulation in Detail – EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230:
The EU Machinery Regulation will come into effect on 20 January 2027. It entered into force in all member countries on 19 July 2023, twenty days after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
The delivery of the operating instructions in digital form is permitted. At the customer’s request, the manufacturer must provide the operating instructions in paper form. The EU Declaration of Conformity may likewise be provided in digital form. Incomplete machines may be delivered with a digital assembly manual as well as a digital installation declaration.
