The latest CELUM release brings 3D file support to our content collaboration tool. We also improved the recovery of deleted files and further improved the user experience.
3D asset management
It was a tough nut to crack, but our development team did it and with the latest update of the CELUM Pro Plan we are now fully supporting 3D files.
- Manage all your 3D assets in CELUM Pro Plan
- Collaborate with others on your 3D objects and showcase your work
- All major 3D formats supported such as .glb, .usdz, .stl, .fbx
- VR view supported
- Works on any browser without extensions
The integrated model inspector allows you to inspect your 3D models in greater detail:
Finally, you can upload different versions of a 3D file and compare the different versions. CELUM users of the Pro Plan already know the comparison mode from working with other content types.
Improved Management of deleted files
In addition, we introducing a trash bin for deleted files, making it easier for you to recover deleted files. On the other hand, you can access the trash bin to permanetly delete your files as well. The trash bin icon is in the lower left corner of the file explorer page.
Other user experience improvements
We also introduced a new “Print file” action on the file explorer page as well as in the task and file detail view. With one click, you can start the print dialog.
Furthermore, we added the “Move file” command to the task detail view, improved the menu in the task and file detail view and incorporated sorting options in the import/export dialog for files.
