Marketing and communications departments are often faced with the challenge to keep all the different language versions, revisions and variations of their collaterals, presentations and advertising media under control. celum IMAGINE, the enterprise digital management solution of the Austrian provider celum, helps companies to centrally manage their media files and to automate their marketing, communications and sales processes.

The celum application mobile.connect, which runs on Apple iPhone and iPad devices, provides mobile access to celum IMAGINE. It enables marketers, for instance, to upload event pictures directly to the celum server, for automatic publishing on the event website.

Via a mobile browser, the user can browse folders, keywords and asset collections and search for specific digital assets. Previews and detailed information are made available with every media file. Keywords and new folders can also be defined and assigned via mobile.connect.

For the distribution of large media files, celum offers a comfortable capability: Instead of sending the media file itself, the user just sends a hyperlink to the digital asset management server. Recipients are free to decide when – and in which format – they download the media file.
